Spring Mix
Pumpkin Seed Pesto:
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 Cup Sundried Tomato
1/4 Cup Basil
1 Clove Garlic
2 TBSP Olive Oil
Marinated Broccoli:
3 Big Stalks Shredded Broccoli
4 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar
2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Clove Garlic
3/4 Cup Olive Oil
